Gaviscon sold in the U.S. falls immensely short in relieving acid reflux. The British version is the best! What a life saver... works fast to relieve acid reflux.
HP Fruity sauce is in my opinion is the most tasty sauce in its class
I first tried these in Scotland. Hard fruit-flavored candies with a softer tart fruit flavor inside that reveals after you suck on them for a while. Good flavor, not too sweet and just the right amount of tart.
Really big tissues are more economical that the regular size. Sometimes they are called man sized but I am a little old woman who has seasonal allergies and one of these big tissues is worth about four or five of the smaller ones.

In addition to the two active ingrédients: phenol and chlorhexidine , another ingredient methylsalicylate is helpfull for joint confort, where accessible transcutaneously like i.e. on the big toes.
